1. Logon to Globepages Online.

2. Start the OUTLOOK EXPRESS email software [The OUTLOOK EXPRESS icon can be found 1) On your WIN 95/98 desktop, 2) Next to the START button of your task bar.

3. Click on the START button -> PROGRAMS -> OUTLOOK EXPRESS icon.]

4. In OULOOK, click on TOOLS, at the top menu bar. Then choose ACCOUNTS.

5. Click on the MAIL tab. Then on the ADD button and choose MAIL.
6. Follow the prompts to input all relevant info for your email address(es). (If this is your first time using OUTLOOK, it might prompt you for the directory/ folder to save your messages; just click OK to use the DEFAULT Directory.)
a) Your Display Name: Type in your name here.

b) Email Address: username@domain.com (or your extension)
(PLEASE REFER TO YOUR INVOICE FOR THE CONFIRMED EMAIL USERNAME. Do NOT make up one.)

c) Both incoming (POP3) and Outgoing (SMTP) Mail Server name: mail.domain.com (or your extension)

d) POP3 logon username: username

e) Enter your PASSWORD only if you want the program to remember your code.

f) Connection: In OUTLOOK EXPRESS 4, choose "Connect using Internet Explorer, or a third party dialer (ie: Netscape). In OUTLOOK EXPRESS 5 choose "Any Available".
g)
Internet Mail Account Name: username@domain.com (Do NOT name it as mail.domain.com, in case you have multiple accounts setup in future.
ATTENTION: For OUTLOOK EXPRESS 5 users, to add additional email addresses and enable password protection for each identity, from the main screen, click on FILE -> IDENTITIES -> ADD NEW IDENTITY. Remember to LOG OFF your identity after each email session, by clicking FILE -> SWITCH IDENTITY -> LOG OFF IDENTITY.
